At Sabiha Ozbay Consulting Ltd, my experience spans over a decade, during which I have built a proven track record of maintaining high standards in project management, mentoring, and coaching.
I hold a master’s degree in management and leadership and have had the pleasure of working with various organisations throughout my career in a project management capacity. This includes a wide range of projects, such as service improvement and system implementation, with budgets of up to £3 million. Throughout my career, I have mentored and coached individuals, helping them learn new skills or enhance existing ones while boosting their confidence.
